Getting quite the break from the legal system, Christina Aguilera's boyfriend Matthew Rutler will not be facing a DUI citation after the charge was dismissed over the weekend.

With Rutler having been arrested back in March 2010, the Los Angeles County District Attorney has officially rejected the case against Rutler due to insufficient evidence.

The move comes after law enforcement sources told that Rulter's blood alcohol content was ultimately determined to be .06 at the time of his arrest - which falls under California's legal limit to operate a vehicle, .08.

Miss Aguilera was with Rutler at the time of arrest and booked for public drunkenness - though it was determined hours later that no charges would be pressed against the "Burlesque" singer/actress.
